From corned beef and cabbage, cottage pie (beef and vegetables), mussels with leeks and bacon, to yummy and traditional Irish breakfast of sausages, bacon, black pudding and white pudding, practically every single dish is served with love and true Irish hospitality.

There are some exotic dishes too, which are made by senior Chef and one of the four owners of the pub, Rich Drake. These include corned-beef taquitos, chicken Kiev and curry chips. There are some other classic dishes to explore. These include Shepherd’s pie made from minced lamb; champ or the meshed potatoes; redolent of rosemary and thyme etc. Many of Irish pubs try to be innovative by adding an American flavor. The flatiron-steak sandwich with caramelized onions makes it a perfect mushy sandwich roll

Many people truly like strips of beer-battered fish with fries. Drake has a unique way of doing things for the pub. And he has every reason to do it. He serves the customers with a slab of moist cod in a batter made from Irish ale. The batter has white and flaky fish sandwiched in it and enjoying with relish crispy potato chips.

Ryan Air

Someone told me about this airline. Ryan Air sounds like the AirTran of Ireland. It could be an inexpensive way to get from England to Ireland. http://ryanair.com

Since tickets from the US are often cheaper to the UK, you might be able to fly into the UK via a major airline then use RyanAir to hop over to Ireland.

I welcome comments from any one who has ever used them.
