Dublin Films AnnouncedFrom http://www.timeout.com/film/news/225.html : December 20 2004 Titles already confirmed include Woody Allen's comedy/drama 'Melinda and Melinda' Wes Anderson's bittersweet 'The Life Aquatic', Nicole Kassel's controversial 'The Woodsman' and the Liam Neeson-starring 'Kinsey', which has already been nominated for several Golden Globes and could also be a favourite come Oscar time. Joshua Marston's award-winning drug-smuggling drama 'Maria Full of Grace' is also screening, as is Jacob Aaron Estes' acclaimed thriller 'Mean Creek', which tells the tale of a group of young Oregon students who set out to exact revenge on their school bully. The festival, which runs from February 11-20, will screen over 90 films from all over the world, along with several retrospectives and special seasons. The annual event will also have its fair share of home-grown talent on show, including 'Trouble With Sex', the Aiden Gillen and Renee Weldon-starring stroy of a Dublin barman falling for a lawyer, and director Fintan Connolly's compelling romantic drama 'Flick', which receives its world premiere at the festival. Films will be screened at all four cinema sites in Dublin city centre – the Screen, Savoy, UGC and the Irish Film Institute – and the complete programme will be announced on January 27. - Chris Tilly
